IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE NOTE STRICTLY
1. Special Guests – Top Three Rank Holders
The Top Three Rank-Holding Teams will be invited as Special Guests to the Inaugural Function of the 46th INCA International Congress, to be held on 19 November 2026 at the Department of Geography, Gauhati University, Guwahati, Assam, where the winners will be felicitated and presented with trophies.



2. Responsibility of INCA Local Branch Secretaries
The concerned INCA Local Branch Secretaries are requested to inform the respective schools and team members about the above results and the arrangements mentioned below.

3. Consolation Prize Winners
Mementos for the respective schools and certificates for the students will be sent directly to the postal address of the concerned INCA Local Branch Secretary.


4. Travel Eligibility and Reimbursement
Only the members of the Top Three Winning Teams—three students per team along with one accompanying teacher/coordinator, i.e., a maximum of four persons per team—will be eligible for reimbursement of 2AC train fare from their respective city to the venue and back.

For claiming reimbursement, the original travel tickets must be produced to the Manager, INCA Headquarters, Hyderabad. Reimbursement will be processed only after verification of the original tickets and will be restricted to the applicable 2AC train fare.

If any eligible participant travels by air, the reimbursement will be limited to the equivalent applicable 2AC train fare only. No additional amount towards airfare will be reimbursed.

Accommodation for the students and the accompanying teacher/coordinator will be arranged by the 46th INCA International Congress Local Organising Committee (LOC).

5. Attendance of Parents
Parents wishing to attend the Inaugural Function may do so at their own discretion. However, travel, accommodation and boarding arrangements for parents will have to be made at their own cost. INCA/LOC will not be responsible for making such arrangements for parents.

6. Lodging and Boarding
Lodging and boarding for the Top Three Winning Teams and their accompanying teacher/coordinator will be arranged by the organisers for a maximum period of three days, from 18 November to 20 November 2026.

Participants wishing to stay beyond this period shall make their own arrangements and bear the additional expenses. No extension of the accommodation/boarding arrangements will be provided by INCA/LOC beyond the above-mentioned period.

7. Trophy Presentation
Trophies will be presented to the winners during the Inaugural Session of the 46th INCA International Congress on 19 November 2026 by the Chief Guest.

8. Further Results
The remaining results of the INCA National Map Quiz 2026 will be communicated shortly by email to all INCA Local Branches.

We request your kind cooperation in communicating the above information to the concerned schools, students and teachers and in ensuring smooth coordination of the arrangements.
